We know the details of warranty coverage can be confusing. Use this summary to get the basic idea or call our Warranty Office with any questions.

30-Day Warranty Review

It's best to wait 30 days before submitting a warranty list. Waiting 30 days gives you time to settle into your new home and use most amenities repeatedly. If you notice issues, jot them down on a warranty request form.

11-Month Warranty Request

If you have any issues that need addressing near the end of the eleventh month of your materials and workmanship warranty you should submit a year-end report. We can also discuss any maintenance questions you have at that time.

Warranty Office Hours

Administrative staff: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Schedule Inspections: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Schedule Repairs: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

NON-EMERGENCY CONTACT

Mail, fax, e-mail, or drop off your list of items at our main office. You will find warranty service request forms in your homeowners manual. You can request hardcopies by calling our office.
